Fuglies Safety SunglassesFuglies Safety Sunglasses are fully certified to meet Australian Standard AS/NZS1337.1 for medium impact industrial eye protection. Available with polarised or non-polarised shatterproof lenses, Fuglies Safety Sunglasses offer protection and comfort in all work conditions. Our safety lenses are also UV400 rated glare resistant (100% protection against both UVA and UVB) and have a hydrophobic inner coating to reduce fog build-up. Toughened scratch-resistant lenses are also standard on Fuglies Safety Sunglasses. Foam-backed safety sunglasses and safety glasses are becoming required on Australian worksites and minesites more and more often amd we have that covered as well with a removable foam gasket standard on most of our models. Our wrap-around polycarbonate frames are lightweight and impact resistant offering protection from wind dust and peripheral glare, have soft EVA rubber nose grips and arm tips, and are metal screwed at the hinges for extra durability and strength.

The Fuglies Sunglasses Range
 A Word About Floating: Yes, they float, but it's mainly the foam gasket that makes that happen. Also, while fully waterproof and great for watersports, the foam will become waterlogged after about 45 minutes of full immersion. The basic deal is that if you're wearing them in, on or around the water, if you drop them in the water you've got heaps of time to retrieve them (unless they float away), but don't expect them to float with the bits that make them float removed, or to be able to float forever.
