Ordering
- Online Orders: We have a shopping cart system that's pretty straight forward. Click on the "Add To Basket" button to select what you want to buy, and then follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely online.
- Phone Orders: Give us a call on 07 4055 8472. Please have ready the stock code of the Fuglies you wish to purchase and your credit card details.
- Fax Orders: Download a fax-back order form, fill it out and then fax it back to us on 07 4055 8471.
- Military Orders: For ADF and departmental purchases our NCAGE supplier ID is Z0DY9.
Pricing
Pricing is in Australia Dollars and is GST inclusive. Discounts are available for purchases in commercial amounts (multiples of 12 mixed pairs).
Payment
We accept online payment by Mastercard and Visa. Australian customers have the choice of using either the the PayPal secure payment system, or the National Australia Bank's TranSact e-commerce credit card gateway.
For fax and phone orders, payment options are Mastercard, Visa, bank deposit, money order or bank counter cheque.
Postage & Packaging
- Postage and handling within Australia is $9.95 for 1-3 pairs, $12.95 for 4-6 pairs, and $19.95 for 7 or more pairs.
- Most delivery within Australia is by Australia Post Express - please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.
- Your Fuglies will be sent in a sturdy protective box with a Fuglies micro-fibre bag included.
- Yes, we ship overseas. Delivery is by your choice of Airmail or EMS International courier - please select at checkout.
